Students must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA in their graduate courses and may not accumulate more than two C grades.

Admissions

Admissions & Requirements:

  • BSN or MSN from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in NC or compact state.
  • A Statement of Purpose that includes a description of the applicant’s interest in nursing informatics and career plans using the certification. The statement is not exceed 1 page in length.
  • Three letters of professional recommendation.
  • GRE or other standardized test are not required.
